Preparing monthly salary sheet

Handling the everyday office admin work

Supporting the upper management in the day-to-day requirements

Maintaining employee record, attendance etc. and suggest changes for improvement.

Managing office events

Support in hiring process through developing job details and screening applications, organizing interview and negotiating salary with candidates.

Managing the employee onboarding process and employee data. Managing all relevant documents and organize induction program.

Learn and develop the organizational culture and suggest upgradations for statutory compliance including PF, ESIC Etc.

Support and suggest management on training requirements.

Track employee progress and organize events on occasions.

Indulge team in various team building activities.

Managing travel arrangements of employees for Site visits


Good verbal and written communication skills in English language
